My ebay business account got suspended!
My eBay business account got suspended permanently. My feedback on orders was perfect, and I provided exceptional service to my customers. I verified my personal and business information with eBay. However, I listed a digital product and eBay later permanently suspended my account and forbidden me from ever using eBay to BUY OR SELL. The appeal department won't help you, because you can ONLY email them, and they will deny you right away and won't let you appeal again. Horrible customer service and moderation policies. If it's not allowed to publish digital items, then make that clear since I see other sellers doing it. I later found out I needed to submit a digital goods application, which I will be glad to do but eBay support is unwilling to give me another chance. Don't list digital goods folks... not without prior approval. Since you won't get another chance apparently.

Staff Not professional on ebay office
Staff Not professional on ebay office, rubbish. Im High rate disabled and I didn`t received my order. I bought charger for my Mobility scooter, but didn`t received. Royal mail courier note on line "No Answer" but this is not true I was all day home. I opened case on ebay "Didn`t received my order" but ebay staff closed case and gove all my payment to seller. So, I without item and without money I paid £32. I rang ebay office but they just ignored. They said go to Royal mail and ask your parcel? But I was in Royal mail and they doesn`t have any parcel for me.

I gave one star because it’s the minimum allowed, it will not let you leave zero stars. The one item I was really looking forward to receiving is of course the one that eBay’s garbage global shipping lost. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the item I ordered. I will never order anything from eBay EVER again. EVER!! They are the absolute worst!!

I received damage item ...so ebay sent us return lable...but wrong lable...iten is too hevy only return with parcel force ..but ebay sent royal mail return lable....niw ebay not answering . And seller aswll.

Just Bad Services
This company is the worst in the business. Incompetent is a understatement. Managers are just as bad as the agents. I would rather pay a little more at Amazon. Its less of a hassle for me

Does not follow their own policy, very little support
bought a phone that was locked to ATT and unlockable because the seller was selling a device that still had payments owing. I had to go back and forth with the seller and they agreed to take the device back as per Ebay's policy but "they couldn't print" a return label. I sent it back at my own expense as ebay's policy stated that I would be reimbursed by the seller for the shipping. The seller is now not responding to my requests for a refund and I called ebay and basically was told they have no desire to help enforce their policy with the seller.

For a blind man, there are no ways for me to contact customer service. eBay is NOT good for blind disabled people, like myself.

No interest in helping personal sellers
No interest in helping personal sellers in disputes. You have to be a professional to understand their policies and how to make it work. If you raise a question or concern using their seller tools, you will receive a single response (probably unhelpful) and then it is impossible to continue the conversation as they shut the conversation down. Despite following eBay's advice in resolving an issue where an item arrived faulty, I receive negative feedback from the buyer who didn't like how eBay worked, but eBay refuse to remove it because it was technically true. If there was an alternative platform with a wide enough buyer audience, I would never return.

Ebay’s Customer Service does not exist
Ebay’s Customer Service does not exist. Their Voice system ensures that no human is available. My issues were only resolved by providing a ton of evidence that the vendor was stupid, indifferent, and did not send the item described. Most Ebay vendors are 1st Class. Ebey are money grubbing scum

Ignorant eBay.
Permanently suspended my account for no reason. I asked them to phone me, got an ignorant American minimum wager telling me that for no good reason they suspended my account, that was it. Terrible customer service, awful attitude. eBay is on its way out!

Don’t sell on their site. A buyer bought my phone for $12 and then demanded a refund when it didn’t work. eBay decided to steal back the phone price, shipping, and hit me with a $20 fee. I never made money on eBay anyway with them stealing 14% in fees for every item you sell including shipping. If we’re selling things obviously we can’t afford to lose the little money we manage to scrape together. Don’t sell on eBay.

eBay is simply the worst for sellers. Some tool bought some items from me and then claimed that I sold them a counterfeit. I have 23 plus years selling with 100% positive feedback and never accepted returns and have never had a problem till now. I sold and sent the buyer exactly what was pictured. They proceed to claim it’s not up to their standards and the buyer files a false claim that the item is defective to force a return. This is ridiculous because the buyer flagrantly lied just to get their way because their panties got into a bind because I proved to them they were wrong and that I do not take returns.It was a figure so there are no moving parts or electronics. How is it my fault the buyer is a stupid idiot and did not do their due diligence? The items were also damaged during shipping. The buyer did an absolute garbage job on packing the items. He used a very thin box. You suck nunberjuan1017! You have been banned and blocked from ever buying from me again!!!! I am just down right pissed because I tried to appeal the decision but within minutes eBay told me to go eff myself.

Sellers paymen
ebay platform is a user platform. It’s not the best place for an individual to sell their item especially if its an expensive luxury item. They keep the seller’s money for their use in the market for over a month despite good review from buyer. Their flimsy excuse is they are holding the money to see if the buyer would have any issues with the item even if the buyer is happy with his purchase. Very ridiculous

Use Google to search for items
I was looking for a specific lens adapter for a microscope. I could not find it on the eBay search, but Google search did find some items. I copy and pasted the item description, and still eBay couldn’t find the item. Finally I tried the item number, and then eBay found the item. Ever since they got rid of wildcard characters and disabled + and - characters, the eBay search has been declining in usefulness, but this is a new low. Now they can’t even find their own items.
